My stay at The Inn On Negley was absolutely wonderful, blending charm and great service. I loved the cozy ambiance and the attention to detail that made me feel special, though I wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy more of the lovely afternoon tea. Overall, a perfect getaway in a tranquil neighborhood.
The home has elegant decor and cozy seating areas that invite you to relax.
The staff, especially Liz and Nick, were so welcoming and attentive, treating me like family.

I had an all-around fabulous experience at The Inn On Negley. The location in Shadyside was perfect for my needs, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I truly enjoyed the high-tea on arrival and the delicious breakfast (those pancakes!). My only regret is not staying longer.
My room was charming and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a truly comfortable bed. The extra cot set up was perfect for my family accommodations.
The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Liz and Nicole particularly stood out with their really good service.
The Inn's location in Shadyside was fantastic, as I was able to easily walk over to Walnut Street for shopping and dining.
Breakfast was substantial and delicious every morning, and I adored the high-tea service upon my arrival (such a nice touch!).
I appreciated the dry cleaning and newspaper service, which added a nice touch to my stay.

I had an excellent stay at The Inn On Negley. The atmosphere was cozy, and I loved how attentive the staff was to my needs, especially with dietary restrictions. I had an amazing stay at The Inn On Negley! The staff was super attentive and catered to our every need. My only issue was the noise from the busy street, but overall, the cozy atmosphere and delicious breakfast made up for it.
I stayed in the Braeburn Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The four-poster bed was tall, but thankfully they provided steps to help me get in!
The service was fantastic, thanks to Becca, Christopher, Nick, and Albert. They treated me like I was the only guest at the Inn, which made my stay extra special.
The Inn is located in a cozy neighborhood and is within walking distance of some amazing restaurants and attractions.
Breakfast was a highlight of my stay! The meals were prepared with care, and they accommodated my food allergies without any fuss.
